What makes Monterey County so special? Is it the famous beaches and Los Padres Forest? The serene drive down 101? The deep-rooted history?
Maybe it’s the culmination of these treasures.
The diversity of our area is something to be savored, especially as it becomes more apparent that setting aside time to unplug and unwind attributes to one’s success.
That’s part of the reason we’re so excited to be involved with two lively yet very different local events—the California Rodeo in Salinas and the Carmel Bach Festival. Why bother with the same old dinner-and-a-movie when you can enjoy barrel racing on Saturday and a brass band on Sunday? Valley Hearing Center is very proud to sponsor these cultural events.
World-class music is a thing to behold! Listening to classical music is healthy for one’s brain, and also serves to “spark the imagination, stimulate the mind, and enrich people’s lives in multi-faceted ways.”
The California Rodeo “is where the West comes alive” in the preservation and promotion of the traditions of the West. The Rodeo has adopted a wonderful “spent here, stays here” policy in which all dollars spent on vendors, parking, and more go to support local businesses in Monterey County.
Join us in our appreciation of these skilled performers! During your visit to the Bach Festival, stop by the Valley Hearing Center booth for a complimentary hearing screening. We’ll be at the matinee performances on Sunday, July 20 and Sunday, July 27.
The California Rodeo will take place July 17 – 20 at the Salinas Sports Complex. The Bach Festival runs July 19 – August 2 at the Sunset Center.
